Just Do It
As I sit here reflecting about my time at Fenn as my journey comes to the end, I remember all the times that courage has been necessary to achieve the highest goal I can. I am not only writing this as my final exam, but as an opportunity to expand my abilities to be courageous, to become a better person.
As I move on to Rivers, I will be presented with many opportunities where a large amount of courage is necessary. I already know that we will be going to Windsor Mountain at the beginning of the year, and I will have to be courageous to be open and meet new people, along with doing all the activities that they have us do. Since Rivers starts in sixth grade, many of the kids will already know each other, so I will really have to be courageous to get the most out of the experience.
Courage is a really important factor because being courageous leads to so much more. Although there are many times when I have enough courage to do things, there are other times that I do not. I think for me to grow and become a better person, being fully courageous, and willing to do anything, will help me become the person that I want to be, and will help me through all of life's challenges. Courage is almost always necessary, no matter how much is needed to achieve the goal. I really think that being more courageous will lead me to find my passions, and help define me.
Whether its public speaking, making new friends, or trying new things, courage is always present. Just do it.
