All the games will begin at 1:00 pm ET
Vikings vs. Bills:
The Bills lost last week, 37-22 against the streaking Patriots. Their quarterback E.J. Manuel is having a fine start to the season with five touchdowns. Their running backs C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson, have struggled majorly this year with a combined average yards per carry of 3.9 and only one TD. The Vikings quarterback, Teddy Bridgewater, has not had a very good start and does not seem to break out of his struggle. Their star running back Adrian Peterson was suspended indefinitely, so they have played their back up, Matt Asiata. He has played very well so far with three touchdowns since week three. Both teams have star wide receivers that have not shown up this year, which has been a part of why they are struggling. My prediction, 24-17, Vikings.
Falcons vs. Ravens:
Both quarterbacks, Joe Flacco and Matt Ryan, have almost identical stats. They both have 12 touchdowns and roughly 1600 yards. Both teams have many star receivers that help improve the stats of their quarterbacks. The key difference to their opposite seasons, 4-2(Ravens) and 2-4(Falcons), have been the running backs. The Ravens running backs have almost 200 more yards than the Falcons. My prediction, 34-28, Ravens.
Browns vs. Jaguars:
Surprisingly, the Browns are having a great start to the season with a 3-2 record. All though 3-2 does not seem like a great record, for the Browns it is a very good start. Both of these teams have been two of the worst teams in the past couple of years. The Jaguars are still struggling but are seeing a possible future with their quarterback Blake Bortles. Brian Hoyer, the Browns quarterback, has had a pretty good start to the season which has impacted their success greatly. The Browns rushing game has really stepped up this year with Ben Tate and Isaiah Crowell. My prediction, 28-17, Browns.
Panthers vs. Packers:
This game is probably the best game of the week. Both teams have excellent starting quarterbacks, Cam Newton(Panthers) and Aaron Rodgers(Packers). Aaron Rodgers has more passing yards and touchdowns by a fair amount but you can not forget about Cam Newton's ability to run. The Packers running game has been a lot better than the Panthers this year. Eddie Lacy, Packers running back, had an amazing season last year, which set his standards really high. Although he has probably not meet those standards this year, he is still running fairly well. Both teams are coming of wins from last week, and I think that the Packers will get another win this week. My prediction, 31-27, Packers.
